THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT APPEAL NO.194 OF 2006 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the cause in this writ appeal does not survive any further for further adjudication, in view of the subsequent developments which have taken place, including the fact that the new private international airport at Shamshabad has become operationalized.
In that view of the matter, the writ appeal stands disposed of, as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed.
