Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.24 of Mylavaram Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. While so, basing on a report of the 3rd respondent dated 11.05.2015, the 2nd respondent issued a show cause on 16.05.2015 framing eight charges and the petitioner submitted his explanation on 04.06.2015. Later on, the 2nd respondent issued proceedings dated 13.06.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner for a period of three months pending enquiry. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

3. It is clear from the record that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended on 13.06.2015 only for a period of three months and the petitioner had already submitted his explanation on 04.06.2015 to the show cause notice dated 16.05.2015. In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry duly observing the principles of natural justice and pass final orders within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 25th June, 2015 cbs
