This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, is filed by the petitioner/respondent assailing the order, dated 03.01.2014, passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.745 of 2013 in R.A.No.440 of 2010.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition has become infructuous as the Rent Appeal itself was dismissed on 17.10.2016.
