THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27009 of 2019 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularising the petitioner's plot bearing No.14, admeasuring 328 square yards, in Survey No.8/A situated at Ramachandrapuram Town and Mandal, Sangareddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the aforesaid plot. He made an application for regularisation of the same. However, the second respondent has issued the impugned L.R.S. Intimation Letter dated 28.08.2012 stating that there is an existing 20 feet road, in which the petitioner's land is included, and directed him to give up the same. In response to the same, the petitioner submitted an explanation on 01.11.2018 along with all relevant documents. However, the respondents have not considered the same so far. Hence, this writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, and since it is stated that the petitioner has already submitted his explanation to the impugned L.R.S.

Intimation Letter dated 28.08.2012, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
