There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 13.12.2019. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 23.12.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 23.12.2019, the matter was adjourned today under the same caption, at the request of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
