HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2084 of 2007 ORDER :

This civil revision petition is preferred questioning order dated 04.04.2007 in C.F.R.No.2706 of 2007 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle.

2. The revision petitioner herein filed suit and that was returned with certain objections and finally the Court returned it by granting one month time to comply the office objections, but without complying the same, present revision is preferred.

3. The revision petitioner was permitted to take out personal notice to respondent No.3 by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service within three weeks with condition failure to comply the same, the C.R.P. shall be dismissed automatically and as per the office endorsement said direction is not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, neither advocate for revision petitioner is present nor any representation is made.

4. Therefore, this civil revision is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
