THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.26997 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not including the name of the petitioner in the list of claimants under the Land Acquisition Proceedings dated 20.08.2019 and award in Form No.9 issued by respondent No.8 with regard to acquiring of her land.

It is the case of the petitioner that she is the owner of plot bearing Nos.3 and 55, admeasuring 280 square yards and 267.50 square yards, totally admeasuring 547.50 square yards, in Sy.No.368, situated at Nallagndla Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. While so, respondent No.8 initiated land acquisition proceedings, whereunder an extent of land admeasuring 84 square yards out of plot Nos.1, 2, 3 and 55 was shown as affected without showing specific area. When the name of the petitioner was not included in the award, she submitted representations dated 14.02.2018 and 05.09.2018 to respondent No.8 for considering her claim for payment of compensation and the same is pending.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as there is a mistake in entering the name of the petitioner in beneficiaries list,

the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents seeking correction of the name, but the same is pending. 5.

The learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6, on written instructions, submitted that the authorities already recommended for correction of the name and inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the beneficiaries list.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner for inclusion of her name in the beneficiaries list and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
