THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7700 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.106 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rajupalem Police Station, Proddatur, Kadapa District, registered for the offences under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC read with 34 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 11.07.2017 before the Registry. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
