HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 17960 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. He contends that the terminal benefits of the petitioner have not been settled by the respondents. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receiving such representation, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders therein in four weeks thereafter.
