This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs, assailing the order, dated 28.01.2014, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mancherial, passed in I.A.No.756 of 2013 in O.S.No.275 of 2012.

The learned counsel for the petitioners/ plaintiffs is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was dismissed without costs by the Court below on 05.05.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
