THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CRIMINAL PETITION No.9231 of 2021 ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.201 of 2021 dated 24.03.2021 on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Heard Sri K.Venkateswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that learned VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad by order dated 24.03.2021 while granting bail to the petitioner, has directed him to execute a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Court. He submits that though the said order was passed on 23.04.2021, as this being onerous condition, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the said condition and he is languishing in jail, as such the said condition may be relaxed. 4.
Per Contra, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is accused in several cases and he is a national of China, as such in view of the allegation and gravity of offence, the Court below has imposed the said condition, which does not require interference of this Court.

Taking into consideration the fact that though the bail was granted on 24.03.2021, the petitioner is languishing in jail as he could not furnish sureties, this Court deems it appropriate to reduce the amount of sureties.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Court below.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
