There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent-4 who has dereliction towards duties interfering in the civil disputes and making settlements in the police station with police power, extending cooperation to the wrongdoers, deride and violated the law causing irreparable loss to the petitioner, in the interest of justice." The specific case of the petitioner is that respondent No.

4, without there being any authority in law and without initiation of any proceedings and in the process of dereliction of his duties, is interfering in the civil disputes between him and one Kamal Basha, who is admittedly not a party respondent to the present writ petition. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation has been conducted and a report is filed referring it as a false one. He also brought to the notice of this Court that on the complaint lodged by the said Kamal Basha against the petitioner, a crime has been registered and after investigation, a charge sheet has been filed.

In view of the above said fact, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 22.11.2018.
