Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner herein to attend the 4th semester classes of three years LL.B. course on the ground of non-payment of Examination fee of 3rd semester inspite of the written representation s dl. 17 -8-2022 informing about the reasons for non-payment of the examination fee of 3rd semester, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to attend the 4th semester classes and the subsequent examinations.
