Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 30.03.2017, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption " For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
