This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in allotting the minimum number of cards to the petitioner's fair price shop in terms of G.O.Rt.No.55 dated 12.05.2015. The case of the petitioner is that she is a fair price shop dealer. The Government has issued G.O.Rt.No.55, dated 12.05.2015, prescribing the number of cards to be attached to the fair price shops in GHMC area, other Corporations, Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats, and Rural areas. According to the petitioner, less number of cards are attached to her fair price shop, whereas other fair price shops in the vicinity of her shop are attached more number of cards, contrary to the guidelines issued under G.O.Rt.No.55 dated 12.05.2015. Therefore, she made a representation to the fourth respondent to consider her case in terms of the said G.O.
However, the fourth respondent has not considered her case so far. Hence, this writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, and since it is stated that the petitioner has already made a representation to the fourth respondent, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders, in terms of G.O.Rt.No.55 dated 12.05.2015.
