This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in treating the third respondent representations, dated 28.05.2011 and 25.07.2011 as appeal, by exercising suo motu powers and issuing notice on 08.08.2011.

It appears that after filing of the present Writ Petition, a regular appeal was filed by the unofficial respondent and in view of the same the cause of action does not survive for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
