HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 19104 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the third respondent in continuing the rowdy sheet against the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner expired and it is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
