Heard both sides.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.5 in not filing charge sheet in Crime No.151 of 2016 before the II Town Police Station, Kakinada, East Godavari District and not arresting respondent No.6 and others, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the entire investigation in the said crime is over and a final report is filed. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

That being the position, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and hence the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
