THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.25781 OF 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated16.6.2009 remanding the case to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubnagar for de novo enquiry and for passing fresh order by taking into note, the observations made by him in his order.

Since there was no stay granted by this Court in the present Writ Petition, it is submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubnagar, took up the matter and passed an order on 18.5.2011.

It is further stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that against the said order, the aggrieved party went in appeal before the Joint Collector once again and when the Joint Collector passed a fresh order, he filed Writ Petition.No.32011 of 2017 and the same is pending. 4.

In view of the above circumstances, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
