Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Vivek Reddy representing first and second respondents.
2. Sri K.Vivek Reddy, learned standing counsel submits that the respondents require little more time to pay compensation to the petitioner and consideration of petitioner's case as directed through order dated 09/04/2015. The learned counsel on instructions would further submit that in the case on hand, the
respondents either demolish or dispossess the subject matter of the writ petition only after paying compensation to the petitioner and on being compliant with section 38 of Act 30 of 2013.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel, this court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by placing on record the stand of the learned counsel.
4. The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
