HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1585 OF 2015 ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, complaining the violation of the order dated 05.02.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2149 of 2015.

Heard Sri K. Janakirami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P). A perusal of the order dated 05.02.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2149 of 2015, would indicate that the writ petition itself was dismissed on the ground that it is premature as the respondents-authorities have not yet taken into consideration of the disputes pending between the parties for issuance of the pattadar pass books. In other words, the contempt case is also filed making allegations that the observations made by this Court in the order dated 05.02.2015 were not considered. Counter-affidavit filed by the 1st respondent-Tahsildar categorically stating that taking into consideration of the objections submitted by the both the parties i.e.

, the petitioner herein as well as the 7th respondent in the main writ petition and the rival claims between the parties and the interese disputes with regard to the succession of their fathers' property, the Tahsildar Pannaluru Mandal gave an endorsement dated 11.8.2015 directing both the parties to approach the Civil Court and settle their claims. Thus, the observations made by this Court in the impugned order have been fully complied with. It is also stated that the pattadar pass books and tile deeds would be issued only pursuant to the final judgment of the Civil Court.

infact considered the objections filed by the petitioner and passed the orders in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, I do not see any reasons to proceed further with the contempt case and the same is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
