This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in C.C.No.1462 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yellandu which arose out of Crime No. 181 of 2Ol4 of Karepally Police Station, Khammam District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 5 as well as the learned Assistarrt Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

l,earned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the cause in the present criminal petition does not survive for adjudication as the parties to this criminal petition have settled the issues outside the Court. Therefore, no further orders are required and hence seeks to dismiss the same as infructuous. 4.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor

appearing for respondent-State, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present criminal petition as infructuous. 5.
