This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent No.4 in registering the case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 14.01.2019 and to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 09.12.2019, a copy of which along with F.I.R is placed on record, submits that on receipt of complaint on 22.09.2019, a G.D entry was made and enquiry was done and after enquiry a case was registered on 08.12.2019 in Cr.No.134 of 2019 under Sections 420, 504, 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C on the file of Nagaram Police Station, Suryapet District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that though the petitioner is claiming that a complaint is made to respondent No.4 on 14.01.2019, no such complaint has been made and the complaint based on which the case was registered has been sent by the petitioner by registered post only on 12.09.2019 and the same was received by the fourth respondent on 22.09.2019, 4.
Having regard to the said submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that already a case has been registered and is under investigation, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
