Sakamuri Lakshmi Vallaba S/O. Late S.Ranganatham v. The District Collector
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.42627 of 2015 ORDER:
Learned counsel for petitioner contends that the land has been assigned to the petitioner by 4th respondent, in which the 3rd respondent has encroached and the 2nd respondent is not taking any action in spite of the complaint dt.13-102015 given by petitioner. 2.
Since petitioner has an effective alternative remedy available to approach the competent Civil Court against 3rd respondent seeking his eviction by filing a civil suit, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. 3.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court. No costs.
4.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
