HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42984 of 2016 ORDER:

1.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to register his complaint and investigate into the matter.

2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the 4th respondent along with other persons are trying to interfere with his lands and that he lodged complaints before the 3th respondent to take action against the 4th respondent. But he has not taken any action so far. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The 3rd respondent is directed to register the FIR, if any complaint is lodged by the petitioner and if it discloses any cognizable offence, and proceed in accordance with law." 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________ RAJA ELANGO, J Date: 9th December, 2016 Nn
