THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9687 of 2o23 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Petition is Iiled under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioner/Accused seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.79 of 2023 on the file of Chinnagudur Police Station, Mahbubabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 of IPC 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record 3.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he has taken the victim girl who is less than 18 years forcibly to Hyderabad and committed rape on her in a Hotel. 4 .

Learne d counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is falsely implicated and he is totally immobile

However, on instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that evidence was collected, prima facie, the petitioner has taken the victim girl to a Hotel. 6.

In view of the statement made by the victim girl, there are no grounds to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
