Since there is an efficacious alternative remedy pursuant to the provisions of the Guardian and Wards Act, the contempt case is closed, relegating the parties to approach the Family Court to implement its order. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
