THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 6225 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in interfering with the family disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.4.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that on the complaint, dated 16.02.2017, lodged by respondent No.4, respondent No.3 registered Crime No.14 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Eight witnesses were already examined and their statements were recorded. Though the Investigating Officer tried to serve notice on the petitioners under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C. on 20.02.2017, the petitioners were not available in the Village.
In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly closed.
