THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.418 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District, and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapally, Peddapally District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file similar application before appropriate forum.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
