HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION No.7917 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash Crime No.938 of 2019 of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioner/ accused No.2 for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 272 and 273 IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

In the affidavit, filed in support of this Criminal Petition, no mala fides have been attributed to respondent No.2-de facto complainant by the petitioner in lodging the complaint against the petitioner/ accused No.2. Hence, this Court finds no grounds to quash the aforesaid crime against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
