None appeared for the petitioner on 22.01.2015, and again when the matter was listed on 15.06.2017 also none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was, therefore, directed to be listed under the caption "for orders". Today the matter is appearing under the said caption and in spite of the same, when the case is called, learned Counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation on his behalf. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for default/nonprosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
