The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 1st respondent issued in Rc.No.3381/2012 D1, dated 19.10.2012 as illegal, arbitrary and against principles of natural justice and consequently declare that the duly elected 1st petitioner-Managing committee of the Kadapa District Non-Gazetted Officers Co-operative House Building Society Limited, Kadapa, shall continue in office till elections are held to the Managing Committee of the said society and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice."

At the hearing, Mr. Keerthi Kiran Kota, learned counsel representing Mr.

R.N.Hemendranath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition,

WPMP.No.43031 of 2012 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
