When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents contended that the petitioners have challenged re-categorization of their cadre and that this Court was pleased to grant interim direction earlier, and in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions. 3.
