THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.10303 of 2012 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 04.09.2015, the matter was directed to be listed on 04.09.2015. In spite of matter being posted on that day under the caption "for dismissal", there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. Hence, it was directed to be listed to today under the same caption. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. On the other hand, the Government Pleader for Revenue submits that nothing survives in this writ petition as the survey in respect of the subject land was already conducted and it was found that the petitioner is not in possession of the said property. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
