Sri V.Venugopal, learned counsel submits that he is no longer Standing Counsel for Railways.

Smt Pushpinder Kaur, Standing Counsel for Railways, who is appearing for the appellant, is not present on 31.10.2017 and the matter is directed to be listed under the caption "for Dismissal" on 10.11.2017 and on that day, at request of the learned Standing Counsel, the matter was adjourned to 20.11.2017.
3. Today, there is no representation for the appellant and it appears that the appellant is not keen in prosecuting the matter. 4.
Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil miscellaneous appeal shall stand closed.
