ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to pass an order, direction or a writ, particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the impugned order of the respondent No.2, vide F. No.8114/KNL/K/2011/Z.IV-Suppl, dated 6.1.2016, as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.336 of 2014 and scheme/modified scheme prepared in O.S.No.4 of 1951. Consequently, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 not to proceed with the elections in respect of Shani Jamia Masjid, Adoni Kurnool." At the hearing, Mr. Osman Shaheed, learned counsel, representing Mr. Mohd. Adnan, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that this Court has disposed of W.P. No.

1338 of 2016 yesterday wherein an identical issue is involved and that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order. In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dt.21.01.2016 in W.P. No.1338 of 2016, and the directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.2020 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
