THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4850 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 11.10.2013 in I.A.No.759 of 2013 in O.S.No.466 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Khammam.

As there was no stay during the pendency of the civil revision petition, the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 28.03.2014. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
