COMMON ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order on the consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The two petitioners are appointed as Fair Price Shop

Dealers of Shop Nos. 30 and 25 respectively of Adigoppula village, Durgi Mandal, Guntur District.

The shops of the petitioners were inspected on 12.05.2015 and some stock was seized by the inspecting officials. Thereafter 6-A proceedings were initiated against the petitioners. The second respondent issued show cause notices while suspending the authorizations of the petitioners on the ground that there are variations in the stocks. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petitions are filed.

This Court carefully perused the variations of stocks as stated in the impugned orders and the said charges require a further enquiry by the second respondent. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders of suspension of authorizations of the petitioners at this stage. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly observing the principles of natural justice.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
