This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the ,3ode of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail to the peltitioner who is arrayed as Accused in the event of his arrest in Crime No.59 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Undavelly Police rStation, Jogulamba-Gadwal District registered for the offences punishable f under Sections 379, 420,405 and 120b of Indian Penal Code and I Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and earned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perus;ed the record.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner are upto seven years, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent-Police are directed to carry out the investigation by following the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and the guidelines formulated by the l'lon'ble Supreme Court in case of Jrnesh Kumar v, State of

Crl.Petition No.7834 of 2022 8r?a/scrupulously. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously.
