Sri V.Eswaraiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that respondents have assured to redress the grievance of the petitioner and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition if the grievance is not redressed by the respondents.

Permission is accorded. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
