As seen from the proceeding sheet, when this matter is listed on 30.11.2015 as there was no representation on behalf of both parties, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' to 18.12.2015 and on that day at the request of advocate for petitioner, it was adjourned to this day under the same caption. Today when the matter has came up for hearing, advocate for petitioner sought adjournment casually. It seems that petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case. Hence, request for adjournment is refused.

2. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
