THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9084 OF 2021 ORDER:- This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/A.2 in connection with Crime No. 1004 of 2021 on the file of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, wherein the petitioner, along with other accused, is alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 392, 307, 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other accused i.e., A.1, A.3 and A.4, were already enlarged on bail by the XV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally vide orders, dated 17.12.2021 in Crl.M.P.No. 1203 and 1280 of 2021. The learned Public Prosecutor has not disputed the said fact. 3.

Considering the fact that the other accused i.e., A.1,A.3 and A.4 were already released on bail, the request of the petitioner for grant of regular bail can be considered on the same terms and conditions that were imposed on the other accused.

In the result, the petition is allowed and the petitioner/A.2 shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Prashantnagar. On such release, the petitioner

shall appear before the S.H.O., KPHB Colony, on every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon until filing of charge sheet and shall not interfere with the investigation in any manner. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
