THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.9912 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the first respondent - Municipality in not stopping the illegal construction of the second respondent in premises bearing Door No.6-4-19 of Maruthinagar, Anantapur Municipal Corporation, Anantapur, Anantapur district, in spite of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

No interim order is passed in this Writ Petition. Since the matter is of the year 2013 and the representation of the petitioner is said to have been pending consideration before the first respondent - Municipality, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent - Municipality to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner and the second respondent, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
