OFFICE NOTE 28.09.2022 KS,J IA.No.2 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to correct the crime number in the order dt.23.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8129 of 2022.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 23.09.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.8129 of 2022 granting regular bail to petitioner/Accused; and that at unnumbered para No.1, the Crime Number is wrongly typed as 'Crime No.1298 of 2022' instead of 'Crime No.129 of 2022'

In view of the aforesaid submission, Registry is directed to correct the crime number at unnumbered para No.1 as "Crime No.129 of 2022" instead of "Crime No.1298 of 2022".

Accordingly, this application is ordered and the earlier order dt.23.09.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.8129 of 2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
