This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 11.07.2011 in M.P.No.166 of 2011 in M.C.No.289 of 2010 on the file of learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of JHCBBC cum Additional family Court cum XXIII Additional chief Judge, Hyderabad.

02. No representation on behalf of the revision petitioner as well as respondent No.2. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State/Respondent No.1 is present.

03. Even on earlier occasion also, there was no representation from the petitioner. Today, this matter is shown under the caption "for dismissal", even then petitioner has not represented.

04. Hence, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

05. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order to as costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
