When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 27.7.2015, in W.P.No.23132 of 2015 of this Court and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
