This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in PRC No.22 of 2017 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Kalwakurthy.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this case was committed to the Court of Session. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for determination. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies available under law.
