HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8243 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking payment of salary.

This Court on 30.04.2004 was pleased to grant interim order directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2003 and pass appropriate orders. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
