HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25173 OF 2014 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has not numbered the revision filed by him under Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act. Heard both sides.

Now, learned counsel for the petitioner says that after filing the writ petition, the revision is numbered.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the parties in the revision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
