This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dt.22.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.1492 of 2015 in O.P.No.178 of 2011 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cumPrincipal District Judge, Adilabad refusing permission to petitioners to amend the claim petition by enhancing the claim. 3.

A reading of the impugned order shows that the Court below went into the merits of the amendment sought by petitioners while considering whether or not to permit amendment of the O.P. 4.

Since this is impermissible in Law, the impugned order is set aside and I.A.No.1492 of 2015 is allowed. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed, and the Court below is directed to decide the I.A.No.1492 of 2015 in O.P.No.178 of 2011 on its file uninfluenced by its observations in the impugned order strictly in accordance with law preferably within six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
